Kelly Ure has had a lifelong passion for baking. In 2005, she attended the Western Culinary Institute for Patisserie and Baking to advance her skills. For two years she studied under the skilled baker, Jane Burkholder, trained in Switzerland, who operated a successful bakery/wedding cake business. Kelly presently resides in Portland, Oregon with her family.
